Those opportunities have included multi-family property management, residential and commercial construction, development, and remodeling. His 19 years of job site experience with multiple facets of the construction industry enable him to approach projects in a singular way. Bryson enjoys a challenge and is attracted to real estate that requires creative planning, character, and innovation. He loves a well put together urban floorpan with bold finishes, a mountain cabin with rustic decor, or the laid back feel of a classic farmhouse design. Whatever the goal is, Bryson strives to understand and exceed the expectations of his owners. His personal drive is the catalyst behind the Aspire Community experience. Bryson lives in Gilbert, Arizona and spends his free time with his wife and 6 kids enjoying the outdoors.
As a Phoenix native, Richard is an anomoly. Following that pattern, he wears many hats needed to make the next Aspire Community a success. For Aspire Builders he takes the lead on all project management activities.

He began his career working for a premier custom home builder based out of Scottsdale, AZ. After the housing crash of 2008 he spent several years with one of the largest general contractors in Arizona where he oversaw various construction projects including over 1,000 apartment units. Following his time as a construction Project Manager Richard was integral in the redevelopment and property management of a commercial portfolio totaling over one million square feet. Recently in 2018 he has partnered in the development of a Class-A Self-Storage facility in Gilbert, AZ.
